Management Team

  • David S. Harris


    Claims Resolution Corporation, Inc. was established in March 2013, by David S. Harris who, for the benefit of clients, brings to bear over 30 years of claims management, managed care, and risk management expertise.

    Mr. Harris began his career in the TPA industry in 1988 with a large regional TPA and served in the position of Vice President and on the Board of Directors of the corporation. In addition to direct oversight and management of all Northern NJ/NY operations, Mr. Harris directed all sales and marketing initiatives including the development of a national claims service model and the creation of a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy.

    In 1995, Mr. Harris founded Allied Risk Services, Inc. providing customized claims management solutions to diverse industry sectors throughout NJ, PA, and FL. Mr. Harris oversaw all aspects of the corporation from start-up through build-out including development of claims management systems, best practices, implementation of internal operating systems, human resource management, and business development.

    Following the sale of Allied Risk Services, Mr. Harris served as Vice President and Regional Director for a large national TPA until 2012, responsible for development and delivery of claim management and managed care services for large self-insured/high retention clients in the governmental sector, construction, transportation, hospitality, wholesale distribution, and educational industries throughout the United States.

    Mr. Harris is a licensed insurance producer in NJ, NY, and PA for Property, Casualty, Accident, Life and Health Insurance and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.

  • Monette Galello

    Chief Operating Officer

    Monette Galello is a strategic, results-oriented senior executive risk manager with thirty years of risk management experience specializing in the development and implementation of risk management strategies encompassing claims management, environmental, health & safety, loss control, and corporate insurance programs to eliminate, mitigate, and transfer liabilities associated with the employer/employee relationship.

    Ms. Galello started her risk management career as a founding member and Vice President of Genesis Consolidated Services, Inc., a $200M professional employer organization started in 1991 providing management of workers' compensation and employment practices through implementation of risk prevention strategies and internal controls for 400 small and medium sized companies in diverse industries throughout the Northeast. She developed customized loss prevention programs identifying key risks and implementing prevention strategies including risk assessment/compliance audits, employee training, accountability & recognition programs, and development of leading indicator metrics to track performance resulting in and average 30% reduction in frequency within the first 18 months.

    Following Genesis, Ms. Galello joined C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest privately held wholesale food distributor, with 16,000 employees, $25B in revenue at 58 distribution centers, and 100 retail supermarket stores, as the Vice President of Risk Management, through 2011. Her leadership developing and implementing the company's risk reduction strategy resulted in a 50% reduction in reportable incidents, 40% reduction in workers' compensation costs, 21% increase in claim closure ratios, and 31% improvement in network penetration over 5 years.

    Ms. Galello came to CRC in 2015 from Sysco Corporation, the world leader and largest US distributor of food/non-food products to restaurants, from 194 distribution facilities serving approximately 425,000 customers with 50,000 employees with FY15 sales of $49B. As the Sr. Director of Risk Management through August 2015, she led the company's strategic initiatives in the areas of insurance, claims, and safety management. Managing the global risk management program with a combined total cost of risk in excess of $70M, she successfully designed and implemented a uniform injury prevention strategy to motivate employees and management to achieve improved performance in injury frequency and severity through implementation of programs to train, assess, measure, and recognize employees and management.

    Ms. Galello earned her BA from the University of New Hampshire and JD from New England Law n Boston, MA. She is a member of the State Bar of Massachusetts. Additionally, she possesses New Hampshire and Florida General Adjuster licenses and the New York Workers' Compensation adjuster license.

  • David Harton

    Bill Processing Unit Manager

    David Harton has been a dedicated CRC employee since the founding of the company. His time management and organizational skills have contributed greatly to CRC's commitment of maintaining the fiduciary duty to our clients. Starting as an administrative assistant with an emphasis on customer service, Mr. Harton quickly moved up and helped to develop the Bill Processing Unit and is now the manager of a hardworking and enthusiastic team located in multiple offices.

  • Rachel Ruiz

    Workers’ Compensation Unit Manager

    Ms. Ruiz joins CRC contributing a decade of diverse NJ claims management experience handling complex files for a large Joint Insurance Fund with over 120 members and also as a dedicated adjuster for a large self-insured municipal entity. She began her workers’ compensation career as a Medical Only adjuster for both municipal JIF and BOE accounts. Ms. Ruiz quickly progressed through the levels and became a Senior Adjuster within 3 years. Rachel has a strong background in subrogation and has retrieved several hundred thousand dollars in recovery without solicitor assistance. Ms. Ruiz also became a Medicare Training Specialist responsible for developing systems to accurately identify, track and report eligible workers’ compensation claims and was the primary trainer for coworkers on proper reporting to CMS. Her exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills make her the perfect partner to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

  • Beth A. Hansen

    Human Resources Manager

    Ms. Hansen is an analytical problem-solver with over 20-years of experience in business, human resources, and insurance agency management. She specializes in working with organizations to plan strategic HR initiatives to support the Company's business goals while fostering a positive and open work environment. Ms. Hansen began her career in retail management before progressing into HR Manager roles for Macy's, The Lannan Automotive Group, and as the Human Resources Executive for Irving Oil's U.S. operations - a 2300-person workforce including the transportation division, convenience store marketing center and retail outlets, oil terminal operations, and home heating oil operations. Most recently, Ms. Hansen was the co-owner and agent of the Cane Island Insurance Agency in Katy, TX. Ms. Hansen earned her BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire and holds a license in Property and Casualty Insurance in Texas.

  • Jose Abo

    Sr. Liability Claims Analyst

    Mr. Abo joined CRC in 2019 with 20 years in claims management experience including handling complex claims for commercial lines such as general liability, auto bodily injury, law enforcement liability, public officials' liability, and employment liability. Mr. Abo brings a depth of investigative background rare in the industry including significant Title 59 New Jersey Tort Claim Act applications achieving successful resolution of complex litigation matters. During Mr. Abo's extensive career with third-party administrators, he has a demonstrated record for achieving superior results for clients. His vast insurance knowledge and ability to create an effective process designed to mitigate loss has earned him recognition as a strong claims advocate with broad risk management expertise.

    Mr. Abo is committed to utilizing his collection of experiences and training to provide first class customer service, risk management expertise, successful investigation outcomes, and comprehensive evaluations in both liability and damages for our clients. His wealth of knowledge and proficient results has established him as a trusted partner for our clients' best interests tthroughout the claims process.

  • Janice Carbonaro

    Sr. Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Carbonaro joined CRC in 2017 bringing with her 30 years of experience managing PA workers' compensation claims under Title 77 PS for large self-insured employers in the healthcare and education industries. Ms. Carbonaro expertly handles complex, litigated, catastrophic, fraudulent claims delivering proven results through aggressive claims management and strong legal negotiating skills resulting in cost-effective resolution. She works closely with clients and medical providers to ensure that appropriate outcome based medical treatment is delivered in a cost-effective manner accommodating transitional, modified duty whenever possible. Ms. Carbonaro's firsthand knowledge of Title 77, her excellent communication and negotiation skills, and client-focused demeanor make her a vital asset to our team and our clients.

  • Beckie Corrigan

    Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Corrigan brings to CRC and our clients over 10 years of workers' compensation claims management experience. Before joining our team in 2015, she worked for several third-party administrators managing increasing complexity and responsibility for workers' compensation claims. In addition to her claim's management roles, she also earned adjuster licenses in the states of Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Delaware. Ms. Corrigan's extensive first-hand experience with NJ workers' compensation, coupled with her professional demeanor and results-oriented focus, make her an invaulable asset to our team and yours.

  • Debra Dickerson

    Sr. Liability Claims Analyst

    Ms. Dickerson began her claims career in 1976 with the Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Co. In 1990, Ms. Dickerson joined a large third-party administrator as a senior liability claims adjuster handling complex NJ Title 59 claims for several the state’s larger municipal joint insurance funds (JIF). Prior to joining CRC in 2014, Ms. Dickerson worked with an area casino as a senior liability and litigation specialist handling complex liability cases with positive results. She brings extensive experience with New Jersey’s Title 59 to our clients and has been highly successful in the defense and favorable resolution utilizing the applicable immunities and defenses afforded under it. Ms. Dickerson’s expertise includes all lines of insurance including general liability, auto liability, police professional, public official, and employment practices claims. She understands the public entity business segment and knows how to develop effective claim closure strategies; coordinate and manage defense counsel; and facilitate communication between our Clients, defense counsel, and insurers to drive outstanding results. Ms. Dickerson is also a valuable mentor to the liability team members.

  • Veronica Genovese

    Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Genovese has been a part of the CRC family since 2017 bringing over a decade of experience in administrative management, medical billing, customer service, and team management. She entered our Medical Only Adjuster training program and excelled in her understanding and application of Title 34:15 NJSA taking on increasing responsibiltiy managing light indemnity claims with outstanding results. She has been instrumental in assisting our clients with the implementation of effective retur-to-work programs and leave tracking collaboration. Ms. Genovese has proven her ability as a workers' compensation adjuster to drive positive resluts for our clients, building strong relationships based upon trust and confidence in her expertise to manage their workers' compensation claims to successful conclusion.

  • Connie Goldman

    Sr. Liability Claims Analyst

    Ms. Goldman started with CRC in 2016 and brings 20 years of property and casualty claims management expertise to our clients. She began her career working in the casino industry managing liability, auto, and property claims and in 2011 was recruited by a third-party administrator where she continued demonstrating her diverse expertise managing liability, workers' compensation, and property damage claims. She is a results-driven partner who is dedicated to protecting the interests of our clients. Since her arrival at CRC, she has proven her skills in processing general liability/auto claims for our clients. Ms. Goldman excels in subrogation recovery saving our clients well over $500,000 in APD an AL claims. In addition to her claim's management role, she brings expertise in claim prevention strategies designed to mitigate future liability and is a key partner for our clients in identifying loss prevention recommendations.

    Ms. Goldman has served as a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America for 10 years and enjoys participating in community service projects.

  • Debbie Graham, R.N.

    Sr. Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Graham is a Registered Nurse in NJ and PA with over 15 years of experience in the claims industry handling both workers’ compensation and automobile claims. Prior to joining CRC in 2017, she worked for several third-party administrators and insurance companies advancing to the position of Sr. Claims Adjuster responsible for catastrophic, permanent total, and excess claims. She is skilled at subrogation pursuit and recovery, Medicare compliance, the issuance of voluntary offers, and fraud pursuit. Ms. Graham worked as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Unit for a hospital and as the Head Nurse at a casino prior to becoming involved in the claims industry. Ms. Graham achieves cost containment goals through aggressive claims management, strong legal negotiations, quick return to work, accurate reserving, thorough bill review, and the pursuit of third-party recoveries. She brings a diverse background of knowledge and excellent communication skills.

    Ms. Graham graduated from Presbyterian Nursing School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. She also holds a WCCC-NJ Workers’ Compensation designation.


  • Debbie Hawkins

    Account Lead, Workers' Compensation

     Ms.Hawkins joined CRC in 2015 and brought with her 30 years of workers’ compensation claims management expertise. Ms. Hawkins started in the insurance industry in 1978 with American Mutual and progressed from insurance administration to Sr. Adjuster of Workers’ Compensation claims assuming increased responsibility for the successful management of complex claims. Ms. Hawkins has managed New Jersey workers’ compensation claims since 1994 working with several third-party administrators. For the past 21 years, she has proven her ability to drive positive results for her clients, building strong relationships based upon trust and confidence in her expertise to manage their workers’ compensation claims to successful conclusion. Ms. Hawkins is a results-oriented, customer service driven, strategic claim partner with broad knowledge of Title 34:15, exceptional communication, and extensive claims management expertise.

  • Tanya Johnson

    Sr. Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Johnson, with her strong investigative skills and client-focused approach, is the newest member of the CRC team. She began her career in 2002 with AIG in New York City as a Workers' Compensation Technical Assistant. After five years with the company, she joined Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where she was eventually promoted to Claims Adjuster. In her ten years there, she worked in various areas including Environmental Claims, General Liability, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, and Commercial Property Claims.

    Ms. Johnson spent the last three years working for CIGNA/Qual-Lynx as a Workers' Compensation Adjuster handling pending litigated files from open to close, the vast majority of which were police officer, fire fighter, and EMT claims.

    Ms. Johnson's exceptional ability to work with field adjusters on inspections, reviewing and estimating building damage, and customer service relations lead to her role on several catastrophe team projects focusing on windstorms, floods, property building losses, and COVID-19 cases.

    Ms. Johnson's vast knowledge and comprehensive background make her a welcome addition to the CRC team.

  • Candace Jorden

    Liability Claims Analyst

    Ms. Jorden joined the CRC team in 2019 and brings over 15 years of experience as a successful multi-line liability adjuster working with insurance companies and third-party administrators. She advanced quickly with ever increasing responsibility from PIP claims administration to managing Auto/PD/BI/Subrogation, auto liability, general liability, police professional, and public official liability claims.

    In addition to her experience with liability claims, she was also chosen to assist in the management of workers' compensation claims for a period of two years at a prior TPA. Ms. Jorden is extremely successful in her subrogation efforts, recovering for one dedicated client over $232,000. She specialized in the process of arbitration forums and achieved positive results in obtaining favorable awards. Ms. Jorden is knowledgeable in insurance coverage, policy provisions, and interfaces effectively as a conduit between her clients, client brokers, and insurers. Ms. Jorden joined CRC handling a dedicated, multi-line, public entity account including complex liability and litigation claims utilizing Title 59 immunities and defenses to obtain the best results. Her client service skills are regularly recognized by her clients for her responsiveness and going above and beyond to support the needs of the client. Ms. Jorden is a tremendous asset to CRC and our clients as demonstrated through her consistent dedication to improved outcomes and superior communication. She also holds a NY Independent General Adjuster License.

  • Lauren Joseph

    Liability Claims Analyst

    Ms. Joseph joined CRC in early 2018 bringing almost a decade of first-party property experience with a national insurance exchange. Her wealth of experience compliments our team, and she has been instrumental in developing process maps for first-party property damage management as training and compliance tools for new and existing adjusters.

    Since joining CRC, Ms. Joseph has excelled in her mastery of NJ Title 59 immunities and defenses and has successfully expanded her claims management expertise to include general liability, auto liability, law enforcement, and liability and employment practices. Ms. Joseph excels in delivering timely and responsive customer service to our clients with a focus on prompt claim processing to ensure efficient and cost-effective resolution of claims. She is an experienced investigator with a proven track record for identification and recovery of subrogation potential and an effective facilitator of regular communication between client, defense counsel, brokers, and insurers to develop and implement successful claim management strategies. She has highly successful negotiating skills resulting in advantageous settlements reducing third-party liability exposure for our clients and protecting their interests.

    Ms. Joseph is a proud member of the Army National Guard and served our country in Iraq earning the Army Commendation Medal for her service. She also holds a NY Independent General Adjuster License.

  • Nicola Lane

    Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Lane brings to CRC and our clients over 15 years of workers' compensation claims experience, especially in the area of managed medical only, lost time, and litigated claims. Ms. Lane has handled several different accounts which have ranged from small mom-and-pop businesses to some of the larger hospitals in the New Jersey area (Inspira, Robert Wood Johnson, City of Jersey City Medical Center, Children's Hospital, and Essex County Hospital Center). Prior to joining the CRC team, Ms. Lane was handling the more difficult lost time and litigated claims for the Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, (MJIF) and Board of Education (BOE) accounts throughout New Jersey. She is currently handling the Public Entity Joint Insurance Fund (PEJIF) and the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (GSMJID) accounts along with the City of Jersey City. Her prior experience also includes medical coding, billing, and processing of claims.

    Ms. Lane has spent a large part of her career in management. This has allowed her to utilize her exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Paula Mazza

    Sr. Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Ms. Mazza joined CRC in 2017 with over 20 years of experience handling PA workers' compensation claims under Title 77PS for large, self-insured employers in the healthcare and education industries. Her expertise in claimant management, close partnership with client HR teams coordinating ADA/FMLA/WC leave management, and proactive relationships with medical providers has proven invaluable to her success in returning injured employees expeditiously to full duty capacity. Ms. Mazza possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills facilitating highly effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients, vendors, and claimants driving improved results.

  • Jion Price

    Sr. Workers' Compensation Analyst

    Jion Price joined CRC in June of 2019 bringing with her 4 years of experience with a third-party administrator managing large, self-insured client workers’ compensation programs. Ms. Price progressed very quickly in her role as an Indemnity Adjuster while handling complex litigated, catastrophic, and fraudulent claims. Ms. Price delivers proven results through aggressive claims management, strong legal negotiating skills resulting in cost effective resolution, and third-party recoveries. She works closely with clients and medical providers to ensure that transitional, modified duty is implemented whenever possible. Ms. Price’s first-hand knowledge of Title 34, her excellent communication skills, and client-focused demeanor make her a vital asset to our team and our Clients.

  • Monique' Robinson

    Workers' Compensation Litigation Analyst

    Monique’ Robinson joined CRC with over 10 years of experience handling complex files for several large joint insurance fund (JIF) municipalities, as well as being a dedicated adjuster for a large self-insured municipal entity (City of Camden). She began her workers’ compensation career in 2001 as a Medical Only Adjuster carrying a caseload of 495 files. By 2004, her intelligence and work ethic propelled her to achieve a Level 3 Lost Time Adjuster role handling litigated claims. Ms. Robinson also has a strong background in subrogation recovery with or without solicitor assistance. Ms. Robinson has successfully passed the Insurance Society of Philadelphia Workers’ Compensation claims course, NJ 10, 12, 13.

    Ms. Robinson's assertive handling of litigated files and her management of defense counsel with active participation in settlement strategy, make her an integral part of the client risk management team in driving improved outcomes.
